This session will be held on the initial morning of the IPITA-IXA-CTRMS Joint Meeting. This symposium was designed by the Pancreas Transplant Interest Group as an interactive session tackling some of the most challenging situations encountered in the management of recipients following whole organ pancreas transplantation.

The subject is intended to be of interest to all levels of providers and trainees that manage pancreas transplant recipients with both medical and surgical perspectives presented and discussed.

A “Devil’s Advocate” moderator has also been invited to challenge the presenters with difficult and conversation-stimulating questions.
